In 2017, she began to focus on her private practice and went into the area schools of Leon, Normangee, Franklin, Mexia, Centerville, Groesbeck, Madisonville, Bryan and College Station to counsel children who were in the custody of Child Protective Services. She also met with adults needing to complete services for CPS in Madison, Brazos, Leon and Robertson County.
