A Commitment to Rural Healthcare
Neile’s journey into healthcare began after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 16. Inspired by the compassionate care she received, she chose a career in medicine to become a positive influence in the lives of others.
She began her healthcare career as an emergency room nurse, where she developed strong clinical judgment and experience caring for high-acuity patients in fast-paced environments. Since then, Neile has spent most of her career in primary care, focusing on rural health and chronic disease management. Her experience also includes urgent care, though it ultimately reinforced her passion for building lasting relationships with patients through primary care.

Beyond the Clinic
Outside of work, Neile is a proud mom to her energetic 9-year-old son, who keeps life fun and active. She is currently balancing the exciting journey of building a new home while pursuing her DNP degree with determination and purpose. Family remains at the center of everything she does, and whenever she finds a quiet moment, she enjoys traveling and catching up on a good nap.
