Lori Neubauer, MSN, FNP-C, is a Centerville Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. Based at HealthPoint’s Centerville Clinic, Lori is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families in the rural Central Texas region.
Lori began her career as an LVN and steadily advanced her education and training while raising a family. She earned her first Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in 2010, specializing as a Clinical Nurse Educator. She went on to complete her post-master’s MSN in 2012, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Over the past 13 years, Lori has worked in a wide range of healthcare environments, always grounded in her commitment to treat every patient with dignity, respect, and compassion. Her professional focus includes managing chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness screenings, and providing comprehensive family medicine in a rural setting.
A long-time Centerville resident, Lori is honored to serve the community where she has lived for over 30 years. She aligns closely with HealthPoint’s mission to improve access to care and promote health equity across underserved areas.

Outside the clinic, Lori enjoys spending time with her family. She’s been married for 35 years to the love of her life and is the proud mother of four grown children and grandmother to five—with two more on the way in September and October.
